my concern is that Star Trek: Into Darkness MM comes with matte finish, so it is not easy to get scratched; but Amelie comes with full glossy, so it may easily get scratched by magnet...

Either remove the magnet carefully 1 time or just don't remove it from the steelbook. It's a win win either way, hope this helps!

Kimchi will pack steelbook only with shrink wrap then put the lenticular on sealed steelbook then pack again with lenticular on steelbook together.

it means double packing to protect scratch on the steelbook.

so no worries for scratch on front.

Was this a spectacular fail on my half or how it works?

This was my first order with Kimchi.

I made my order with paypal - but I wasn't logged in on paypal nor did I confirm the sale. It just went to paypal.com. I went back to kimchi on a new tab and looked in my account and the order seems to have been taken and it states 'paypal' under payment method and 'Receipt of Order' under Order status.

Surely that's not how it works? As they have no paypal information or any confirmation from my end.

Should I cancel that order and start again with paypal logged in?

I emailed them to cancel the first order I just now made another order and this one went through to the vendor transaction page! payment sent.

When you use Paypal on Kimchidvd for an order, it will take you to the Paypal.com site and you have to log in regardless of whether you are already logged in on another tab of your browser. Once you log in, you will see the vendor name (T Media) for the purchase you are about to make. Complete the payment and you will be re-directed back to Kimchidvd.
