Neither - you need to contact Tony to finalize payment. "Receipt of order" means waiting on payment.

Use the email address on the site to let him know your payment details or ask him what is wrong with your order.

ok I will email. but I paid with credit card and I checked my credit card statement and it shows the amount charged by kimchi.

You need as Ash says, to contact Tony and ASAP...

This "Receipt of order" happens when the Kimchi Server is under load and your order is taken > Payment > BUT not kicked back to Kimchi's site cleanly to show payment...

Sold out, the only one available is type A. It should be pretty simple to create account though. What are you having trouble with?

It should be pretty standard- you've possibly not completed a field or spread the phone number across the fields.

You are clicking on the UK flag so it translates right?

There is a difference compared to most other on-line shops: you need to click the "Check email" button that presumably verifies that your new account name is a valid looking email address.

Hey Choi - I have not received my shipping notice yet for the Tripack or Version B that I ordered and paid for last month. My CC was charged but status on kimchi account only says - "order receive" not payment settled or shipping.

I emailed Tony on Sunday but have yet to receive a reply. Should I be worried?
