Is that under order status? if so, that happened to me with frozen, I just emailed them, and they switched it to payment completed, if the money was charged to you, you should be fine

Thanks for that. I fired off an email to their generic address and one to Tony. Hopefully my order is still ok and they just need to update the status. Here's hoping.

Got the tri-pack in, was thinking about ordering an extra non-exclusive so I could keep my tri-pack sealed. But than again I open most if not all of my steels.

OK this bullocks as I got nada and I'm furious, after 20 odd minutes back and forth with my items in the cart I got an order number but couldn't get through to pay for it, I am really pissed the off.

I went for A,B and C individually in the end mate. That Tripack just didn't want to go through to checkout

I'm happy to get those three but definitely a sour taste in the mouth after the last few checkout experiences in kimchi. Would have loved to have the full set...

I tried paypal the first time, but it didn't go through. The status says 'Receipt of Order', while the successful one says 'payment completed'.

Is it possible to cancel orders on Kimchi?

Yes, just click on my account then cancel/refund and select the order you wish to cancel.
Just make sure you get the correct one!

Wow somehow finally manged to get the tripack ordered a little while ago, but took me over 20 minutes and actualy suprised I managed to get it done... the site clearly can't handle this level of traffic and so many errors of various types

Love their effort and releases, but man is trying to order anything from them frustrating- I didn't think this release would have near the same level of issues with the site, but it seemed just as bad as the last 2 (I missed out on Thor 1/4 slip and Frozen direct from Kimchi already). Almost makes me question if it is even going to be worth trying to keep the collection going as I know I am going to miss out on some given all the issues we are seeing

Gosh I almost missed this one as well. First tried the tri-pack for some minutes to no avail. Then I went for each edition, which I managed to get. :yes:

Here too damn slow site, and is processing it passes says out of stock, at least I get the loose ...
