The main bloody one I wanted after Guardians horrible Steelbook and it's the only one without a spine title....it's just bad luck.

I thought Zavvi was an EU company. Aren't there zero customs for within-EU purchases?
No no. Yes they are a british company, but the the ship the items from a channel island, called Guernsey (near France), and so you have to pay customs in Germany. These islands are part of the EU. But this doesn`t count for rules of zero customs. Its difficult to explain, because english is not my motherlanguage. Sorry.
I've bought loads of steelbooks from Zavvi and never had to pay any customs for it to get to The Netherlands. Wouldn't make sense that you would have to pay customs for shipping to Germany if you can even buy it from Zavvi.de
Edit: a Google search on "Zavvi customs" does give results about the Zavvi depot being on an island outside of the EU and therefore orders can become subject of customs.
I stand corrected.If that would happen to me I would refuse the order. If I order something from a website that appears to be in the EU I am not going to pay customs. End of story.

I wouldn't worry... like all Zavvi's lenticular Marvel steels, I'm pretty sure the final product will have a title.
The Channel Islands are officially not part of the European Union. They are treated as part of the European Community by a certain number of countries for purposes of free trade in goods, but unfortunately this is not the case in Germany
