Anybody here come across the MARVEL logo like this on a grey background as seen in the mock-up because I haven't ?
None of the Marvel logos that I've spotted are like the one on the mock-up . . . maybe if the logo is incorrect then hopefully the blank spine is also incorrect . . . says he clutching at straws)
Yes, very unfair on the nine-to-fivers who will have come home to see this showing "Sold out".
Maybe it can be explained why this didn't go live at 6PM during the working week and if it had to be at 12 NOON then why not at the week-end ?

The guy who manually turns on / off the sold out button went home...Sold out for now otherwise Zavvi will oversell over the weekend.
if this comes come back in can some one tag me please just got in from work and missed it

I decided to skip this earlier, it sold out fast for Zavvi, maybe this is popular enough to sell out but could be another Zavvi thing going on.

and thats why i waited til 4 am to order this one, i knew it would sell out fast....probably will go back close to release due to cancellation.....
That guy is old man Zavvi, the patriarch of the Zavvi business. Maybe it was time for his long, long nap, so he turned on the "Sold Out" button.
It happens time and time again! They sell out and then on day of release they put the cancellation stock back on site! Happened with ID4 DEADPOOL etc etc
It's not always on day of release though is it? I thought sometimes it's before and sometimes it's after......
If they have a huge cancellation say a couple of hundred then they will put those back up for pre-order that happens occasionally! Usually they just put the cancellations on sale on release day. I always advise Followers of my Twitter account to get on site on the official release day to pick up a cancellation copy! And I always get thank you messages when they do.
