At least it isn't Master Chief bowing with his helmet off or a logo slapped onto a metal front. The video game inspired film/ games lately have been utter trash.

Shout Factory told me they are refusing to refund me until I open the steelbooks. I've always been told by Bestbuy and Walmart once you open it, the case its yours. If they don't reimburse me then I'm filling a legal complaint with BBB and submitting a credit card dispute if they won't replace it once I open it.There's that padded envelope.
Give them the benefit of the doubt, you've explained the problem, they've told you what to do, do it. Worst case you just end up falling back to cc chargeback.
