Zbox people. Stop being so god damned paranoid. It doesn't have to be dispatched till Monday so bombarding them with emails a week early wondering what the hell is going on isn't helping. Especially seeing as the people replying are akin to call centre workers regarding the limited things they are told. Just chill the **** out.

I have now raised this with our customer operations team to look into.

We usually recieve a response within 24-48 hours, once that response has been recieved i will be back in touch.

Not the greatest lover of zavvi sometimes, but I am glad they are shipping early. Because there is no way they could process 4000 orders in a day, so starting shipping means whoever has ordered should get a dispatch email in the next day or two, so we should all recieve it by the release date.

Me and popeye were taking at the top and we both had replies from them saying its not out until the 14th and pretty much ignored our questions or they don't know themselves if it's even been dispatched. I was told the other day we would recieve an email but again I don't believe that either

Typical response from them then... I see people are getting all different types of replies, which probably just means they're none the wiser.. I'm hoping they have actually been dispatched, but because it was bundled with the Zbox which was obviously dispatched months ago, it's counted as the same item, therefore no separate dispatch notice for the Steelbook. I'll give it a week until after release anyway, and if it hasn't arrived, then I'll chase them up. As long as I get a refund (if it doesn't arrive), then I'm not too bothered... I'll just take my business elsewhere.

The post mumbles posted is extremely relative to this thread and explains that customers who ordered with the Zbox can still be waiting up to 5 days for the steelbook to be dispatched.

I am sorry Zavvi have like the slowest posting and as it technically doesn't come out till Monday, I expect at best say Saturday.

I think tommorow is optimistic.

But I can't wait to watch the film again, it's awesome

think you will find this is coming out channel islands as there deliverys usually take 4-5 days now and have been for last 6 months or so.
can't blame royal mail for where zavvi post from!
hence why zavvi customer services in one part of the country and delivery from a warehouse in channel islands they are not connected only by a computer and neither really knows what the others upto unless they email each other. hence all the standard responses from cs and also with a official release date a week away they don't have to entertain anything until 14 days have passed (uk)after dispatching with royal mail anyway to be considered missing anyway. so worse case is they post on the 14th and doesn't turn up but they don't have to anything until 28th because is lost.
i can understand the frustation but suspect not alot is going to change here, the only real way is try vote with you feet a bit more and source else where other releases if you feel about badly about zavvi imho.
personally i got this coming from gb for best buy release and thats not released for another 3 weeks and then goto to be shipped from the states which prob add another 1 or 2 weeks on top.
it happen when it happens, people should just try relaxing a little bit more. hate to think what would happen if some that upset now had a blufans release coming which usually from point of order to delivery can take a year to get
