I was logged in before 7 (US time). And at 7, got to add to cart. I was pleasantly surprised. Then, it began. Couldn't get past shipping. Kept sending me back to my cart. Refresh, refresh. Continue order, continue order. But, finally got the full slip. As frustrated as I was, I looked at the clock, and it was only ten after. So, compared to previous Novamedia pre-orders...the fact that I even got as far as "my cart" seemed to be amazing. In the past, they've shut down for hours, if not days. I guess they were prepared better today. Not perfect at all...but, at least they have improved!

I was after the Lenti. Tried many times only to be sent back a few steps... Finally made it all the way through to Payment... Clicked on PayPal and it sent me all the way back and to my horror, it read "Cart is Empty'!!!

Now I have zero reward points, used up on an order that does not exist!!! Good luck to me getting this straightened out..... And I have no Lenti!!!

Kevin has already mentioned that Blufans will be looking at Avengers 1 and 2 as part of the second Marvel wave early next year.

If it's in your order history then you MIGHT be ok. There's been stories in the past where this has happened and the customer has emailed Nova and Nova sent them a paypal invoice to pay with (a bit like Kimchi have done when people have emailed Tony). email them your order number and maybe a screenshot of the order page.

Give it a go, you've got nothing to lose at this point.
