This is a great example of just how painful it is trying to order something from Nova's site. Kimchidvd used to be like that and it is now the smoothest and easiest place to order from even right when a big preorder goes live. For how big of an impact Nova has and what great releases they get.. I don't understand why they can't make some upgrades or help alleviate all the problems when trying to checkout. It's so frustrating!
