Unless Kevin has an exclusivity contract with Blufans (which I wouldn't know about) I think he's perfectly free to distribute or hold GBs for as many retailers as he sees fit.
1) Plenty of GB hosts host GBs for more than one retailer.
2) Kevin has stated it himself, this has nothing to do with Blufans.
3) If Blufans wanted to release Captain Marvel and/or Endgame as WWAs they could easily do so as OABs. As an example, Fantastic Beasts 2 was degraded from WEA to WWA recently and they released it as OAB, instead of cancelling it. What Blufans did not do is make up a new label for it.
