Has anyone had any news on them getting the replacement SteelBooks and sending them out yet? I have emailed and haven’t had a reply.

I was told they would ship after the 30th of January, if they’re not on their way I’m sure they soon will be.

Would a photo of me pulling my hair and weeping be enough proof? Of course, I don't have to worry about this because HDN USA group buy copies will not include scratched steelbooks.

This is what I had to do:

1) use a small piece of paper and write down your HDN ID
2) take a photo of the steelbook scratches with the paper
3) send the photo to this email address: [email protected]

My copy was purchased through an HDN group buy.

Out of the blue, a package from Korea arrived today. To my delight, it was a perfectly minto replacement Avengers: Infinity War steelbook from WeET:



I can happily report my copy's free of any scratches. Only Thanos got some smudges in a rather awkward area:



(but that should come off easily, on a more serious note)

Shout-out to WeET for dealing with this whole mess in such a great manner!

Double box, plenty of bubble wrap. The same level of protection as if it were not just a replacement but a complete edition.
