No they would not. Replacements are only for direct purchases or GB purchases which can be validated. So in worst case scenario the seller would have to submit evidence and get the replacement steels if any left and send it to you.

I have decided the steelbooks and slips I want, but it's hard to decide which box because I have none in hands

Weet's is nicer, more effort gone into it and has inside artwork. Blufans' has the more iconic artwork if that matters to you though?
