I am very disappointed in this steel book. Mine and most recipients have a huge amount of scratches on the back. Maybe It seems that what the packing process.

No you have to have the bill or the direct order from their website.
In other words, if you bought it from ebay, you should talk to the seller so he can order it for you.
And speaking about this issue, how do we process with the GB ?

I think this release will be the only one (and hopefully the last ) that will be opened by all the buyers because i can't think that Weet will make a replacement if somebody decided to open it 2 years or so from now

Only for people who keep them sealed and do not ever open them, or open them too late for a replacement to be promised. If they replace ones that people open then I don't see an issue with it.
BF went through over a year of sending out scratched lentis, Manta went over a year with scratched steels too. If mine arrives scratched and they replace it, I'll be happy.

I was excited about this release but now I’m disappointed, I am not planning to open mine OC as I never do
I think need to cancel my order knowing mine had scratches on the steelbook
