I ordered this before I saw the film, so glad I did it may now replace The Incredibles as my favourite Disney superhero cartoon.

Just seen that zavvi are selling the blu Ray 3d for £29.99, normal blu Ray for £24.99 and dvd for £19.99. so we get this beautiful blu Ray steelbook with 3d for the price they are selling standard blu Ray at. And I got this for £22.49 a bit cheaper so I'm happy with that

Yeah, they're overpricing the amaray so that the steelbook looks like a good deal (which it is anyway). The same 3D amaray is on Amazon for £19.50.

Same here. I haven't seen the movie yet, so I'll take my chances with the Target release. Plus, it's the first time in around 5 years we will be getting a Disney steelbook released in the US!

That's all fine and dandy, but its certainly not the same artwork. The cover of the US doesn't feature any of the rest of the team and there's no guarantee that the inside/back artwork will be as nice as this.

On the contrary, it could be nicer, but it won't be the same.

New Years Resolution : NEVER PAY OVER £18 FOR A STEELBOOK FROM ZAVVI` WAIT FOR THE FLASH SALES, and if they don't come back on sale then there are plenty of other places to buy from like E-bay. Fed up pre-ordering steelbooks which are ultra limited runs from Zavvi and paying the pre-order price, then 2 months later the price is halved.

That's true and I agree. But it's usually expected that we get less decent / creative artwork on releases here versus places like the UK or Asia. That's all IMO of course. Zavvi will surely do a great job with their steel. Their Disney collaborations are really awesome, so BH6 shouldn't disappoint. However, I don't think the Target version is lackluster to the point of a no-buy.

Not fare

With Disney titles and Marvel titles that is a losing strategy. If they don't come back in a flash sale, you will almost certainly never get close to List on ebay. Not for marquee titles.

You're assuming the artwork being shown is final (Maleficent anyone?). Disney tends to release the same Steelbook worldwide, particularly on new releases. We know this Steelbook is getting many releases around the globe. I'd actually be a little surprised if they didn't end up being the same, whether that means Target changes or Zavvi changes I don't know. I guess we'll see...

Disney is anti- 3D. They don't like it. I'll let someone with better insight explain why they don't; but it is pretty well known that they don't.

Thailand version showing the same art work as zavvi but no title now am starting to think that title night just be a sticker on zavvi the more you look at it the more add it seems and out of place.
