So, based on everything I have seen there are at least 4 steelbook versions of Black Adam. Must be the new WB trend as The Batman had 3 I believe. Wonder if all 4 will be matte

It's not a new trend, WB typically release at least 2-3 variants internationally for big flicks. Sometimes more, particularly for DC films. But yes, there are 4 WWAs for Black Adam thus far.

No, that's probably not right mate. DC releases usually end up somewhere else in Europe too. Just because they aren't listed anywhere else yet, that doesn't make them french wea steels.

Yeah, there's definitely 4 WWA steels. Unless amazon get an exclusive too, looks like france are currently getting 3 of them. The 4th (bestbuy exclusive), with the cropped in shot of Adam's hooded head, hasn't popped up in france yet. Italy & Germany (i think) have it, plus other EU countries are also likely to get it.

This all proves that if they want to, like in this case to recoup/make some money on collectors, they can order up a bunch of steelbooks no problem.
Irritating actually, when 100s of better movies never had a single steelbook, or are not on Blu-ray at all!
