Here's what I thought of the Green Hornet .... From our Hi-Def Ninja Review located here -The Green Hornet Blu-ray Review

The Green Hornet comes to blu-ray disc, and I for one was excited to receive this one. I was really anxious to see what my opinion would be of the film when it was all said and done. The Green Hornet didn’t get the best rap from many theatrical reviews I had read. The difference is, I’m your normal-regular Joe who watches movies. I dont have to cough my nuts up from laughter to enjoy a comedy, I don’t have to crap my pants to mark for a horror movie, and I surely don’t have to sweat man tears to declare my devotion to a drama.

So when it comes to an action flick, that’s what I want! Action! The exception to this is no one wants action that is played out, redundant, been-there-done-that, older than your Grandma’s dentures! I want innovation, explosives, to put it bluntly ; Cool ****! So the question begs to be asked, did The Green Hornet have any “Holy crap, did that just happen!?” moments? Could the IP Man make Jason Statham beg for mum? YES! Thats’ right, The Green Hornet is one HELL of a popcorn action flick. The Director Michel Gondry took Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg’s vision and transformed it into one innovative kick-ass action flick!

This is not your run of the mill super hero action flick. You will not see some chubby Rogan hanging upside down putting the lips to Cameron Diaz. You will see the opposite of damn near everything you are used to in an action flick, and it works! I’ll be the first to admit, I didn’t grow up watching The Green Hornet series; so if you don’t like the movie because you’re too old to envision anything else, don’t blame me!

LOL....

just watched i saw the devil, from the director of a tale of two sisters,a bittersweet life.
totally blown away, highly recommended.some brutal moments, but an excellent revenge flick.

Excellent... now let us know when your mom allows you to watch some big-kids movies.

JK!! Just a little friendly Celtic-on-Laker fan venom. :)

Only cause you probably need permission doesn't mean i need it buddy, the big kid movies are for night;)

:hilarious: Goodguy you should watch the Lakers Celtics Champions Series Bluray I got you for xmas ! I really recommend game 7 :oohyeah:

Good idea!

I saw jbhifi is releasing or released a 3 part trilogy of Friday the 13th (exclusive, at least to AU)

ps. POTC pwns! :)

Yes, they do. About to watch part 2, kid hasnt moved since i put it on. Only problem is i have surround sound on full blast and wifey wants volume down cause shes sick and trying to take a nap:(

I watched The mechanic last night. I mist say it was pretty good. I'm used to statham movies to be over the top but this is one is a bit more reserved in that regard, bit is still kicka$$.

I also saw The Illusionist. It's a good animated film. Has very little amount of dialogue. Almost non existent. Its a take on life being told in expressions that speak louder than words.

I watched the rite and it was just right down creepy LOL

I also finished Fringe season 2 and Dexter season 4. Great shows!!

Watched Narnia 3.

Not really bad... this trilogy is OK, but I think it could have been far better quite easily.
I'll keep it anyway, my son will probably like it very soon ;)
