Damnit, mine has turned up dented. On a twice sold out edition.
I don't want to send it back for that reason, but has anyone on here managed to get a refund at HMV without returning the Steelbook?
Usual sh*tty thin card mailer, with no extra layer of protection.
I might just implore to their better nature if they care. It's sold out. Twice.

HMV don't issue direct replacements via the customer service complaints. I was told I had to return the item to a store first. They then offered 10% refund if I kept the steelbook.
That's laughably insulting.
These companies wash their hands once the item is out of the door.
Customer service in name only.
God, even Zavvi have "sometimes" been better than that.
Don't expect any real solution from HMV if your item arrives damaged and either needs replacing or refunded.
Not surprised.
the re-release is back in stock at both HMV and Amazon if anyone is still looking for this, or after a replacement etc
