The success of Stuart Gordon’s hit horror-comedy Re-animator meant that a sequel was all but inevitable. The resulting follow-up, Bride of Re-animator – this time helmed by director Brian Yuzna (Society, Return of the Living Dead 3) – would prove that there was a good deal more life left in the story of Dr. Herbert West and his ghoulish exploits.

It is 8 years since the Miskatonic massacre. Unperturbed by the disastrous outcome of his previous meddling with the dead, Dr. West (again played by Jeffrey Combs) continues his research into the phenomenon of re-animation; only this time, he plans to create life – starting with the heart of his young protégé Dan’s dearly deceased, Meg Halsey. Surely nothing could go wrong?

With special effects master Screaming Mad George (the man behind the infamous “shunting” sequence in Society) on hand to contribute a host of characteristically weird and wonderful creations – including zombified bats and a one-eyed finger spider – Bride of re-animator is a more than worthy successor to Gordon’s original cult classic.

** BRIDE OF RE-ANIMATOR FULL SPECS & ARTWORK **

The time has come to reveal full details of our upcoming Bride of Re-Animator release.

DATE. MATE. RE-ANIMATE.

The success of Stuart Gordon’s hit horror-comedy Re-Animator meant that a sequel was all but inevitable. The resulting follow-up, Bride of Re-Animator – this time helmed by director Brian Yuzna (Society, Return of the Living Dead III) – would prove that there was a good deal more life (and death) left in the story of Dr Herbert West and his ghoulish exploits.

It has been eight months since the bloody massacre at Miskatonic Medical School. Unperturbed by the disastrous outcome of his previous meddling with the dead, Dr West (again played by Jeffrey Combs) continues his research into the phenomenon of re-animation; only this time, he plans to create life – starting with the heart of his young protégé Dan’s dearly deceased, Meg Halsey. It was Amazon UK mate, so hopefully I'll have no problem's.
Tell them to use better packaging Box and to put protection inside
At least you ordered from Bride from amazon as Arrow Films themselves no longer have any stock to supply retailers
Amazon still have some stock at their warehouse so don't delay arranging a replacement as soon as they run out of stock it will be from third party sellers

Zavvi still also have it but they are very risky with these box sets they send them in jiffy bags and most arrive with some damage be it small crease or worse

Replacement's ordered, at least they have an easy return policy, the packaging they used was a bit weird, it wasn't a box, more of a cardboard wraparound with no protection, so once that got crushed the content's stood no chance.

I know I got mine in same type of packaging and others also did
I have seen a few others mention on different web forums they had issues with creased slipcover damage from both amazon and arrow films themselves

The slipcover has it's weakness and not the same quality cardboard used with society limited edition although the embossing is similar it has lot stronger cardboard used

I had this problem before with Arrow releases with Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 /Dr Phibes/Nekromantik
I suggested back then to arrow video they use stronger cardboard for society which they did use very good packaging with later box sets like Long good Friday/Six Gothic Tales and other releases

If they had of used the same stronger packaging as Society none of the issues customers have had with this release would have happened
