Brooklyn exclusive Godfather package

This is available on blufans in china, but they won't ship to USA, does anyone know where I can purchase and get shipped to USA? They also have a new steelbook in 3D/2D of UP or what they call Flying Pixar. I also need to know if they are all region free disc. Thanks.
