Whats the difference between US R-rated version and UK cut? Uk is the same as Unrated US? Which contains alternate gorier scenes hence the runtime is the same?

UK theatrical cut has an alternate, bloodier, version of the psychiatrist scene and also has remastered 2.0 audio
It also has a exclusive extra on the disc.

The UK theatrical cut was exclusive to the 2 disc limited edition digipack release.

That's why that disc was not included in the standard edition released later.

Arrow release standard editions when limited editions go out of print.

The standard edition was released June 2019

Limited Edition was released in October 2018
