I can confirm there's a Dutch Steelbook for Captain America also! it's the same as the German, French etc.
Bought it yesterday at MM Utrecht (29,99) likely it's a MM exclusive. I'll make some pics this weekend, my camera is broke atm.

I was looking for this one. And thanks to your post finally I'm gone have one. But now don't now if I'm gonna cancel the Zavvi release it's a nice art too but lacks the 3D.
