How could it sell so fast?
It's the result of what Tony did.
While the print run is big enough, we have unmet demand from worldwide collectors.
How is it possible to move like 800 A1s in less than a minute is a mystery to me.

1.There was no limit. Scalpers are happy. He could at least set the limit to 2 or 3 per edition.
2. There was less GBs than for other retailers. No GB at BD site, very limited GB here. I am sure other places were also limited. That's why the amount to move was quite big.
3. Maybe the international vs domestic allocation was heavily skewed. If that was the case, it means less respect to us the internaltional collectors.

The bottom line is that a lot of collectors are unhappy, while Tony and scalpers are quite happy. Tony has moved his entire stock, scalpers are awaiting the collectors seeking editions of their choice.

Collectors are at loss here. Basically this means that Tony does not have respect towards collectors. And he writes at facebook 'dear international customers' as if he cares.

Bloody awful.

I actually read on some forum that domestic supply was so low too that everything sold out within a minute (some orders even got cancelled after checkout) and they're speculating it's heavily skewed the other wayo_O

That age old scenario.. Exclusive MCU title sells out in minutes.. ofcourse all the "true collectors" have missed out and all the "scalpers" are rubbing their hands as they sit on a ton of stock. It can't be the fact that it is infact, a popular marvel exclusive steelbook and based on that alone the demand is high and sells out super fast just like the good ole days.

People have missed out and I genuinely feel for those people, that said there were several options to get this such as group buys on here and on FB and they were just the ones I know of. I bypassed both of these and still got a copy at launch time. You've always got these bitter people who go out and start pointing fingers and spitting venom and the answer is always scalpers. Tony could go through all your limitations to make it 'fair' and you could still miss out, hell those measures could still be exploited by scalpers. These are always going to be limited whether 400 or 4000, people will lose out every single time. Its undeniable, its unavoidable.

There was no limitations. Period. Further justification of Tony is useless.
We saw limitations for some other releases, no technical problems for Tony here.

And I am not talking about minutes, I am talking about seconds. Ten seconds are understandable when allocation is like 200, but not when it's 800. There cannot be so much of so fast people.
