Was the only person in the Destiny line who just wanted to pick this up. But I got my copy, and it's mint. They had 5 on the display and all seemed to be in good shape. I have to agree with those saying the matte finish makes it a bit dull. But the debossing (including the Marvel logo), title on the spine, and helmet make this unique enough. Plus it's my favorite movie of the year.

Woah, that matte finish looks washed out :/ Why do they do this? Its almost like id prefer the Uk release now because the finish is sooo much better looking.

i actually prefer the matte finish and overall effect from the sun. This show a true representation of the sunlight effect unlike the rest of the world version with the botched embossing. IMO, this bestbuy steel rocks.

While I hate the finish on the front, I think it looks nice one the back.

I was the only one that even went for the captain America display case! I got a Destiny tee shirt, poster, and wristband for one cent.

Picked up 3 CA2's.

However, my Ninjas Unfortunatly there was a plethora of different factory imperfections. I noted some with C.S.S. (crooked spine syndrome) aka off center spinal features, randoms nicks & scratches. Stretch marks on exterior plastic packaging, spine nicks/slashes under plastic.

I got two perfect copies. One to open & one to keep sealed.

The hunt continues tomorrow.

Sorry Matt, but when I watch a super hero movie. I expect to see super villains, not spy/espionage type of stuff. Thats why I don't like Agents of Shield. Has nothing really to do with super heroes

No it does not. This edition is matte finish with debossed title while the Zavvi's edition has gloss finish with embossed shield and debossed border.

For me as a collector, I love as many different variations as I can get so this is all good to me

Neither edition is perfect, the US finish doesn't look great but it has the title which for me is a must! The 'rest of the world' edition has great embossing on the shield and nice gloss finish, but no title and they screwed up the embossing in the right hand corner!

I'm tempted to make a mutation of the 2!

Oh yeah, I still don't understand why there is 2 versions of his head as well! He was wearing the helmet in the film, the 'ROW' picture doesn't technically exist!
