Ok the finish on this steelbook is terrible. 1 thin coat of cheap paint. Washed out is an understatement. I'm honestly not looking forward to anymore NA new release steelbooks. They have all been horrid matte finishes. And to top it off, the cheap $10-$12 catalog releases have nice gloss coats. There's no reason my Star Trek steel I got in the same transaction is better quality then freakin Captain America. I know most are happy to just have marvel steels in the US but it's not worth it if they can't compare to catalog waves.

*rant over*..... But geez all US steels this year have been
inferior to other countries releases and that is unacceptable.

All in my opinion of course.

I got my site to store order and walked around the store to see how many they had in stock. I counted 4 on the front display, but they were sitting on the table with all of the Destiny stuff so they may have had more in the back.

Be careful everyone, I had to return mine as it had a massive amount of scratches on the back behind the cover. Virtually all around the edges as if someone had dragged it across in areas around its corners. A lot of the steelbooks also had a cm wide scratch on the bottom front cover. Poor quality control as usual. The matte finish was a very poor choice for this design, when you angle the steelbook you can barely see the front design. Oh well. Not worth the money imho. I got it with 14.99 TV Combo deal, going to just resell what I bought to end up paying less.

Completely agree with all you've said about this CRAPtain America steelbook.
