The group buy works out around £1.50 more than Zavvi (£4 if you include the 10% off code I used for Zavvi I guess) but it is totally worth it for me if only for the title on the spine! The fact it's on the front is neither here nor there personally, but the spine is uber important :scat:

I will definitely get any blu fans / kimchi releases too tho - 100%!! :oohyeah:

Oh well that's fair enough then if it's only a couple of quid. My calculations bring me over the $50 mark delivered though (excl. customs) with a steelbook price of $26.99. Which is about 35% more expensive than Zavvi with a 10% off code.

Somehow we always do  (and I get a little help from my ninjas)

Oh no!!! Not AGAIN!!! (I mean this in the absolute best way possible) I'm thinking I may just be out of town that day...which day is release day again??? :hilarious:

:hilarious: yeah why do I have a feeling that come release day, I'll be hitting up every possibly Best Buy in the area? If Thor: TDW taught us anything, it's that we take the morning off from work.

Don't forget Kimchi, but when it comes to value for money, Bestbuy wins!!! Same for Thor 2. Will definitely be handpicking this @ the store since BB will not learn to properly package and ship steels.

Yeah, what is with this corrugated sheet of cardboard with a flap to put the steelbook in? EEK!
My first Best Buy steelbook was Thor 2 and the top of the steelbook was coming out the top of the flap. I was shocked with this shipping method instead of a box and bubble wrap! :dunno:EEK! Will hit the store as well this time.

This isn't going to be fun to get as someone in the US but doesn't have a Best Buy near them. :(

I guess I could try ordering it online, but I've yet to get a non-damaged steel that way from them. Gave up after trying to get undamaged copies of the Hunger Games/Catching Fire and ended up settling for one with a small dent and minor scratch each. :dunno:

I have a feeling I'll be turning to eBay, just like I did for Thor TDW. Sucks, but it'll be worth it for one of my favorite movies this year.

That's actually what I did for HG/CF. They, of course, put the steels on the top and bottom and the amarays were perfectly protected in between them. It was kind of awesome in a depressing way.

I guess I could buy something large that I don't actually want to try and force them to ship it in a box, then just return it....oh well, I'll get my hands on it one way or another. :D I'm just whining about Best Buy's packaging to a sympathetic audience right now.

I've ordered the Dark Knight trilogy, ZDT, Thor 2 and both Hunger Games and I've yet to receive one that was damaged. Guess it's just the luck of the draw.

If you order 5 or 6 steels from BB, they'll ship in a box with air pockets on top of the box. It's not a guarantee for un damaged steels but it offers more protection than ordering a steel or two. Keep the best one and return the others. Order early though because they eventually limit orders to three.
