I had a conference call at 9am was freaking out I wouldn't make it to best buy at 10am so I had it up on my phone to order (my biggest worry was that stupid Destiny release and even though the store said thats all you could buy at midnight I don't fully believe them) but luckily made it just barely by 10am. They had maybe 10 of them and they do look like they sold some at midnight makes no sense to have just one on a display by its lonesome.

I know most are happy to just have marvel steels in the US

And thats why they can churn out crap and watch it sell out again and again.

A steelbook is not enough anymore, it has to be a quality one to be worthwhile.

DAMN IT!!! Alyssa (my wife) called me on my cell phone about an ago to tell me that our local Best Buy is out of Stock, and the rest are reserved for customers with 'in store pick up'!!!!!!!!! F**K!!! Has anyone experienced this bull$hit?

But I don't want to order it from Best Buy .com, I've noticed many of you were getting damaged copies and I don't want to chance it!

So I went back to Best Buy to see if I can pick up the Paramount steel books, and the young Frankenstein metal pack which my store said they had at midnight but it was all packed up, and the only reason they had TWS was cause it came in a shipper.

Anywhoo so I went back and the other 4 TWS steels they had were gone, went to the new release display thing, and was shocked, my BB had not stock any new releases.

No other TWS steels(though they may have only had the ones on the shipper, and none in the back) no agents of shield, no Young Frankenstein, none of theParamount steelbook line, no tags for anything new. Wtf best buy. Gosh my store sucks.

So I asked, we went into the system(cause it said that they had them for in store pick up) and the system showed they had Young Frankenstein(though in the system it the same SKU as the normal edition FYI), and The Paramount steelbooks(didn't ask about more TWS steels or Agents of shield). And it said they had them.

So he went to the back and found 1 Young Frankenstein, and none of the Paramount steels(he was willing to look again, I said no I'll come back later in the week, I'll be ok without the other steels if I can't find them)

Anywho, I was told over and over again by the first employee who helped me that they didn't get a any of there shipments in, which I guess was a lie, since they found one. So why would BB put out the new releases, they just trying to lose sales. Lol IDK.

Sometimes the stamp is placed on the cellophane, not the actual Steel. Not seen a copy opened in hand yet though...,

So I ordered 7 copies online, hoping to get 2 mint copies. I figured I would have to return most.... and it is not convenient for me to make it to the store. Well, I have received 2 so far and they are both dented on the cover. I have 5 more coming tomorrow and I am praying for just 1 mint copy now. I really, really hate those damn thin poly bags!!

iTunes would not take the code, I had to go to MoreMarvel.com/CaptainAmerica and enter the code there. Once I did that and chose iTunes, my iTunes app opened with a completely different code in the field where you enter the code. I can only guess that the Marvel site it transferring the code to which ever service you select.

and rattling in there pretty good.

I do all my Ultraviolet codes on Vudu.com. I typed mine in and it worked. I don't know if it works with iTunes.

Got two mint copies today. One has the "clicking" noise from the debossing and the other doesn't. Always happy to support us getting steelbooks here in the US. Now, if only quality was stepped up just a slight bit, things would be excellent!

The clicking noise is a sign that there is some denting somewhere.

My Thor 2 has the same clicking noise, no dents. I think it's just the quality of material they use for these US steels. Plus, the debossing pushes against the plastic core on a minuscule level. That's just IMO.
