The ad says 19.96, but they are ringing up 29.96 and Walmart is not being very friendly in honoring that price so far.
Yup! I was charged $29.99 a pop, but considering I was on my way to work, I wasn't going to argue. I figured I'd just go back after work for refunds.

I had to hit two stores for a complete set. The first had 4 Director Fury, 3 Black widow and 6 Falcons, no Cap or Winter Soldier. The second store had 4 Cap, 3 Winter Soldier and 4 Black Widows but no Falcon or Director Fury.

O

2 of 3 stores would not sell them for less than $29.99. It's bullshit. Im tired of waiting and arguing so I just paid it. Kinda irritating showing them the add and them refusing to sell it for that price.

All copies have minor imperfections but the are freaking beautiful! Im in love with a Slip'er ;)

@NoDingsNoScratches My copies have tiny imperfections, too. They're easy to overlook, though. It's almost impossible to ever find a mint slipcover at a Walmart, so I'll take what I can get. :)

It seems like each store is carrying a different amount for each variant. Where as the Cap variant seems rare here in my hometown, others elsewhere have had no problem acquiring it. I still stand by my word that Cap and Fury will be the rarest of the bunch, though.

I haven't been to Walmart yet but it's weird that they won't sell it to you for $19.99. Price matching is the company's policy. There are even TV commercials about it. You should definitely speak to a manager about it if an employee gives you a hard time.

I took the screen cap from this forum and went back to the Walmart I purchased them from and they wouldn't budge. I went to a 2nd Walmart and they were more reasonable and gave me the price adjustment. It shouldn't be this much work Walmart!

I went back to one of the two Walmarts that I hit this morning. Showed them the Target ad displaying $19.99 for the 3D, the lady punched it up in the computer and said that their price in the system is $19.96.

Apparently, they have changed the pricing in the system now. They refunded my $$ and I went on my way.

YMMV... some locations are stubborn. It's tiring going to multiple walmarts to get this corrected lol. Meanwhile, I'm looking for the Cap slipcover.

Hail Hydra!

Also, on a side-note... for those saying that they're going to buy all of them and then return them slipless to the store (which is actually an act of fraud, so I wouldn't go saying that on a forum -- plus HDN doesn't condone that)... each Blu-ray amaray from this set has a sticker over top of the original UPC, so they're using special UPC codes for these exclusives. Keep that in mind before you attempt to return it to a store slipless.

On a side note, looks like this is one highly enticing US slipcover marketing since - Alice in Wonderland Bestbuy?

My Walmart had a ton of these - hit up the group buy if you want one and I'll send it along
