So I'm going to have set my alarm at 5.45am to get the A2 slip, nice! 5 mins to snooze a bit, 5 mins to make a coffee, then 5 mins to prepare for the fastest fingers. Knowing my luck they still be here this time around tomorrow and got up early for nothing! Then again I will regret it if this gets sold out on the spot. Well it gives me a reason to wake up early and have an early start. We will see if it was worth it!

So from your calculations, for example the A2 (which I am after), after 1 click, and 50/50 distribution for International customers, that leaves about 425 . There will be other GB's for this I am sure other than HDN. Take away another chunk for the third party resellers, scalpers, etc to think about it there isn't much left to play with. There will be a sell out, but I am not convinced all three will be sold out on the spot. When I say 'on the spot' it means literally in minutes.

Yes it will be fast but should be OK as long as you get your order in at live time
Some versions will sell out faster than others
The Lenti I guess will take the longest to sell out

Hard to be accurate without knowing amount of actual units available on the day which is something we never know for sure

I take a estimated guess at 5 min to 30 min

Yes, you do need 4 versions of this film. Actually, 5 versions because you need the Blufans lenticular slip!

Well I never managed to get a copy of the Nova. So for me this is an opportunity to finally own a premium version.
I have the standard local UK release to watch and open.
The Zavvi Lenticular for the UK Lenti releases.
And now finally a premium release which has WEA, a very much added bonus.
So yes, definitely treble dipping.
