I am intrigued, who is this person that can dare to argue with Mr Martin Lewis himself? (For those that don't know Martin Lewis is the man who created moneysavingexpert.com website. lgans is applying to become the chairman)

It is neither him nor you mate. I am just saying what is happening in the secondary market without skewing anything. I know it is particularly not relevant when I post it lol. :)

Someone challenged me that the price won't drop and it is already dropping. I would like to meet him and have a word. :)

Most of titles need one year to increase value...now it's professional reseller time and they usually charge just little profit (i think 65$ is secondary market price now).

Recieved my OneClick on Friday.

I know its a first world problem. But the Foil on my edition isn`t perfect, its a little bit creased (i hope the word is correct).

Hey ninjas, how is kimchi with exchanging damaged steelbooks? I received mine today and everything is completely mint, but the steel itself has a strange bump on the front cover, looks to be a weird factory error. I haven't taken it out of the shrinkwrap yet in case they wouldn't want to offer a replacement if I did. Does anyone have any experience?

Emailed them almost 3 weeks ago about an issue I had with my A2 slip (badly scratched) and steel (lots of chips). Still waiting on a response.

Yeah, I've got a few scratches as well.

@Hamill82 Did you manage to solve anything? I sent an email, if I don't hear back within a few days I'll just open a paypal dispute.

Nope. I haven't heard from them in ages and I'm not alone with this as many people don't seem to get answers. Kimchi replied something after It Follows case "we're getting too many emails" etc. Not sure what happened with the communications, but Tony who's been always helpful said in his last message to me "take it to paypal", but this time I won't wait a month for their unlikely reply. Have to trough dispute again.

Imagine if this was a Zavvi release for half the price. More opened copies more reports of defects. Also it is easy to get blacklisted by these Asian retailers. So tread carefully.but if you don't care there is always something at the classifieds section.and eBay.

I always had a quick response from tony, 24 to 48 hours, I've had to email on 2 occasion about defects to the steelbooks and not the packaging, I ask him if it's possible to send the whole package back for an exchange or if he has any empty replacement steelbooks he can send me. I've always been super polite and on both occasions he has sent me an empty steelbook, at his own expense and I have never had to return the damaged one. Also send photos with your first email. He's always helped me. I had a problem with my terminator salvation steelbook, he said he didn't have any spares and said he would get in touch with the manufacturer (I think) and get one that way and send it on to me.. it took about a month but I did get my mint steelbook replacement.. and it only took that long cos he didn't have one to hand.

Good luck :)

THIS! I also never had any problem with him. Got my replacement of the empty Inside Out Slip fast and perfectly. So I don't know why everyone has bad experiences. Just be nice!

I'm not sure why it's a problem sometimes, maybe tony gets overwhelmed with all the work he puts in, I have no idea but I've had a perfect experience with kimchidvd so far and I feel like he puts the effort in to help his customers wherever possible. I'd have to read the retailer thread to see what negative experiences people may have had, personally I'm 100% happy with his customer service and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from him any time:)
