Just to follow up, I got a response from Tony in about 24 hours (and it was over the weekend). Told me to open it to make sure it's really damaged and if it is I should be getting a replacement. So personally, so far so good.

I always had a quick response from tony, 24 to 48 hours, I've had to email on 2 occasion about defects to the steelbooks and not the packaging, I ask him if it's possible to send the whole package back for an exchange or if he has any empty replacement steelbooks he can send me. I've always been super polite and on both occasions he has sent me an empty steelbook, at his own expense and I have never had to return the damaged one. Also send photos with your first email. He's always helped me. I had a problem with my terminator salvation steelbook, he said he didn't have any spares and said he would get in touch with the manufacturer (I think) and get one that way and send it on to me.. it took about a month but I did get my mint steelbook replacement.. and it only took that long cos he didn't have one to hand.

Oh yeah! I got a notification from them so fast I thought it was the order confirmation, it wasn't until I read your comment I remembered I didn't get one last time when I paid. Then I actually read the email and it said it was shipped.

Well I got my lenti yesterday so decided to take a pic of all my copies of TWS for reference, which was actually quite a difficult job between the lentis, the raised details of the character slipcovers with the flash, etc.

As for the lenti itself it turned up in pretty decent condition. There's a small crease on the back of it on the side, but nothing too bad. I was a bit worried about it because of the reports of some of them being messed up, so I'm glad it's mostly ok.

You mean the standard US 3D slip? If so, the hideousness of that was actually what made me look at all the other options available back then for this release because it's awful, and I refuse to own it because I don't even want to look at it. How they chose to use such an unattractive shot of Cap is a crime to me.

Absolutely adore this release. I originally only wanted A2 but loved it so much that I got the ither two as well. ^^ Not to mention that I couldn't stop myself and got another A2 which I'll keep unopened.
