Car Audio Sound Issue

I just installed a FM modulator (hard wired) for my Iphone in my car. I'm getting a buzzing sound through the speakers only when using the modulators specific frequency.

Do you guys think, I chose a bad ground, or bad RCA connection/ bad RCA cables...

If the buzzing sound increases when you accelerate then it's most likely a bad ground.

It doesnt increase with acceleration

Exactly what kind of device did you install? I know you said it was hardwired, but you said something about it buzzing on the specified frequency. So I'm not exactly sure what it could be. But on this site's forums, it says it doesn't always go up when you accelerate, so that could still be it. But from my experience I've always known it go up when accelerating. I hope this helps.

Yeah I read that yesterday... idk what it is. I might go to my installer tommorrow and see what he thinks..

this is normal it happens, it always says works on some cars ... other cars give u the buzzin ...

It only sounds like static, when the guys start doing S's... otherwise its fine, kinda weird..
