LOL Tono - Japanese steelbooks are expensive. Thankfully they don't release as many as they do in Germany.

I gotta say. Japan is giving German a run for its money on quality looking steels. I think that German had the best looking steels a few years ago and starting last year Japan is the new king. Every steel Japan comes out with is just awesome looking with the stainless look to it.

Really want this but don't want to risk getting hit with customs.

Are there any Japanese members willing to help fellow forum members out?

i dont know guys, but i think in the long road is better to buy it now coz latter on it will be on e bay more expensive, it's just my opinion and my experience with asian releases like the irons of romeo+juliet and moulin rogue

see andy, the ones from germany are becoming so plain that i think i have to start to be selective, especially now that we are getting hit with so many all over the world

It does appear that the Unstoppable steelbook is currently fetching a premium, depending on who is bidding, I've seen it go anywhere from $15 - $35 above the retail cost of getting it yourself.

I think the thing that's recently disappointed me with Germany is all the reprints. I don't feel like I need to get the steelbook right away anymore. :(

Also comes with a 48 page booklet (Translation sounds like only for people who pre-order?)

Edit - Booklet only included in the first press so going to be limited ;)

Is it best to order from the link in OP?

Also, how do they ship? Read somewhere that they don't refund if damaged in post?

Do you have to register seperately with Amazon.jp as it won't accept my same details I use for ca, uk and de?

Just pre-orderd. It just looks to good to pass up.

All I can say is whoever is doing the artwork for these Japan steels deserves a big raise!!!!
