The way I understood it Rob was the booklet was available for only the first x number of steels sold. I thought on the original product page it said something about that - not sure though.

As far as I know, the artwork of the lion's face was only used on the steelbook.

The HMV link is worth a look too, as I believe HMV Japan packaged all of the initial orders with a booklet in English. Maybe they might have some remaining stock?

Yeah, the booklet was a pre-order freebie @HMV at least. I ordered a couple and cancelled as HMV declare the value on the package. I didn't want to get whacked at UK customs.
FYI, the Thai SB version is the same and was far cheaper at the time.

Yup, they do but not sure if only in the Japanese edition. It's a very nice surprise

The booklet is pack outside of the steelbook, at the back. It's long gone, I even sold off my own copy without checking it. Now all the steelbook came without the booklet.
