@paulboland is it possible that the delay is because they are doing scanning work? Maybe to include director's cut?
NO only the Theatrical Cut got a 4K remaster scan by the rights holder in Italy ( L’Immagine Ritrovata di Bologna)
Arrow Video licenced this 4K remaster from them
Arrow then do their own encoding of this 4K scan remaster

Hopefully they will use the delay to add some new extras
 
Hopefully Amazon or Barnes & Noble will have this on sale for $19.99 or less during Black Friday as I only want the discs to customize a limited edition release I already own.
