Filmarena will only give you account credit and not a refund .

Also this GB is now closed so you will not get a copy from Karel either.

There are members who no longer wish to get their copies, but since Karel already ordered and paid for them then our only option would be replacing them with someone who is interested to a get a copy. You for example, but since you already have it ordered via FA directly then there arent many options. Thats fine, thanks for trying to help out
