ooooh tough call. I say a three way tie between The Da Vinci Code, Saving Private Ryan and Cast Away... sorry can't just pick one. Although I thought his best acting performance of his career was Cast Away. Simply amazing acting in that movie from him.

For me it would have to be 'Big'. Watched it when I was 'little' and from then on Tom Hanks has been one of my favourite actors (playing the piano eversince I saw the piano tapping scene).
