Gladiator
From the openingscene where you see Russell Crowe's fingertips touch the crops to the casting of all the actors, scenery, script, locations, action sequences, the evil emperor Commodus, which is played truly great by Joaquin Phoenix (imo his best rol ever), the casting of Oliver Reed for the roll of Proximo, all characters are well balanced.

I can watch this movie anytime! Just love it!
