amazon also has a non 4K edition - not live for order yet
I already done Blu-ray threads

There is separate Blu-ray limited editions of both Crash and King of New York

Arrow can only do separate UHD and Blu-ray releases that's the licence restriction they been given

Cost to include films on both UHD/Blu-ray in same package would also make the releases a lot more expensive to purchase and affect sales

You not missing out on any extras both UHD and Blu-ray releases have same discs content

These are licenced releases from Film Studios
It's not the same as a releases coming from other film studios Warner/Disney/Sony/StudioCanal etc themeslves as these are titles they own the rights

Arrow don't own the rights to films they release they licence from film studios and rights holders and these come with licence restrictions
