I'll never know why Zavvi are so quick to jump the gun with their listings. I don't know why they cant just wait until they have enough information before they put a product up for sale on their site.
These are usually items that are months away from release date. Surely they can't be that hard up for sales that they have to rush the items up months in advance for preorder???
Arrow will always post specifications via their blog, Facebook, Twitter etc for every single release they work on (whether it be standard releases or these steelbook re-releases) so rest assured everything will be clear soon. All I am saying is, if Arrow and Zavvi deicide to release this as a 1 disc BD release then don't be surprised.
I agree it will be disappointing but I would not pass on this one regardless of the number of discs. This probably will end up being one of the most collectible arrow steelbooks since Zombie Flesh eaters.
I'm really scratching my head here trying to think of the last multi-disc catalogue title that got released later as a steelbook INCLUDING the bonus disc

Thanks for the update paulboland, I guess I might end up cancelling this. To me buying steelbooks is also about the principal. There's no excuse the third disc shouldn't be included at a hefty price of £17.99. No excuse whatsoever.
Think I might have to cancel my pre-order as well. Just picked up the Dawn of the Dead and Night of the Living Dead blu-ray's so probably just get the 3 disc arrow release of Day.
I've been meaning to replace my Trilogy of the Dead DVD set for a while now.
Part of me thinks that I could just replace the DVD with the special features disc from my Amaray set... but then part of me thinks - why the hell haven't they bothered to include it in the first place? I think i'll cancel this as well..
Especially as I think my OCD might kick in, knowing i'm not going to have the other 2 on steel by Arrow..

It's still a great looking Steelbook
But it's not acceptable to me to not include the extras disc
Why they even bothering to include the DVD of the film and not the extras
Just crazy drop the DVD film disc and put in the Steelbook the extras DVD disc instead
I contacted Arrow Video asking them to change this to include the extras disc
Others on Facebook not happy either
Not upto Arrow Video Normal Standards
Their releases are liked and purchased for their great extras
There is no reason not to have the extras disc in this release
I will keep pressure on them until it's corrected
Even the Zavvi description of goods for sale has the extras included
Not acceptable to do this
