Couldn’t have come out any better imo. I really wasn't expecting embossing.. it definitely makes that rear worthwhile. Agreed. £28 vs what like $66, or something crazy hahaYeah that’s absolutely awesome. Defo spot gloss and actual white! Was not expecting embossing on the back either! I think this smokes the US and for a fraction of the price lol
Also, charged for both by HMV today
$66 is so crazy. I actually thought I’d seen them even higher but one comment was $90 odd about a third party and the other was $110 but it was for both so I read them wrong but $66 is still disgusting. Same for their new Marvel and Star Wars TV show steels. US taking the p!ss out of their customers with their prices.Couldn’t have come out any better imo. It's especially annoying for me with the Sony m800m2. I have no way to detect Dv. So I have to rely on bluray.com to be accurate. Unless there is a way to identify dv from my players info I'm not aware of.Yeah, that's the same as the mockup that's been online for ages. There was no dv logo there either, which is what set the initial doubt in.
There have been plenty of releases that are dv and don't say it on the back though, so it doesn't mean anything definitive at this stage tbh.
Disney just use the same base template for everything. They've even left the atmos logo on for films without it, so I don't particularly trust it's reflective.
Looks like all the hmv people will get last. Id be shocked if they dispatched today. And even more shocked if they dispatched tomorrow and get into the system in time for. Saturday delivery. But you never know.Yeah that’s absolutely awesome. Defo spot gloss and actual white! Was not expecting embossing on the back either! I think this smokes the US and for a fraction of the price lol

This is similar to the UK version of Andor. That steelbook was embossed where the US version was notCouldn’t have come out any better imo. I really wasn't expecting embossing.. it definitely makes that rear worthwhile. Agreed. £28 vs what like $66, or something crazy haha
Yeah, I know. We do get randomly lucky with Disney stuff sometimes. It used to be quite frequent, but it's rare now. This is similar to the UK version of Andor. That steelbook was embossed where the US version was not

Embossing, DV and so much cheaper than the US version. A win all round.Dolby Vision confirmed for the UK 4K disc. Thank god.
Yes. Every region is the the same, other than US/CA, and if Mexico still have releases. This packaging wipes the floor with the US release. Does anyone know if the Italian steelbook has the same design as the UK version?
Maybe query with them? Mine got delivered today so bit unusual if yours hasn't even been dispatchedZavvi only charged me for the Deadpool version….not the Wolverine. Both are still in the order and no dispatch email yet :/.
