What about if you pre-ordered this via paypal, which I did and it debited my card on 30th July and when I view my orders, this is not there, obviously don't want to re-order, otherwise I will be paying twice, I have emailed them to see what they say, as I certainly have not been credited the money back.

We recently updated our website to improve our service and to provide you with a better shopping experience. As part of these changes, we have successfully migrated all paid pre-orders from our old platform to our new one.
This will take up to 7 days to fully transfer all the paid pre-orders and to appear on your account!
Please don't worry or place a new order for the same item(s), you order is safe
You don't need to do anything, as soon as the uploads are completed, your will be able to view your full order details on your account on our new, improved website!

The orders that got cancelled was orders done on the old website using credit/debit cards payment not taken yet
THG don't use worldpay to process card payments so that is why those orders got cancelled
Customers got a different email in regards to those orders
They have a large amount of outstanding pre orders that has already had payment taken using PayPal to migrate to the new website it will take a few days to show up in your account

At the moment, we are merging your old account into a new one and so some orders may appear gone, however, I assure you that this process should only take another couple of days and from there, you should see your orders again. Please let us know if you still cannot see your orders by the end of this week and we will get this looked into for you

They also looking into fixing reward points issue
