I just got back from one of my local b&m's and there were tons of these in stock; in its own display and on the shelf with the rest of their catalog titles.

Made the trip to get this tonight ( REALLY MISS MY PAST EASY ACCESS) AND I was shocked they only had 3 copies left! The one I grabbed was the best out of the 3. I will most likely open this to keep as my viewing copy and the UK as my sealed one.
