Amazon have started to charge debit/credit cards this morning for the slipbox amaray edition

Amazon orders for the slipbox edition had a estimated delivery date
The steelbook did not get an estimated delivery date yet

It's worth getting. I got it on its original release and it's great.

No mistakes. It's whatever is happening with the system. I do the same thing all the time. For some reason it works sometimes, other times it doesn't Haven't been able to get to the bottom of it. On a few occasions I do quotes and it only displays some of the quote.
This machine of mine is very tempermental. It could be I'm a few systems behind the current system of my operating system.
 
Amazon have cancelled my steelbook order

The slipbox amaray edition payment has been taken and status is preparing for shipment

At least I got the slipbox edition better than than getting none

We are very pleased to announce that our DJANGO Blu-ray and SteelBook editions are now able to go back on sale in the US & Canada!
Our Django Limited Edition Blu-ray has nearly sold out, but there are a limited number now available on DiabolikDVD.
Our Django SteelBook is still in good stock and now available to order.

I expect Amazon at some stage will reslist the steelbook to order

In regards to Wow HD it's only UK delivery address that vat is added at checkout

Most other countries vat not added
In regards to EU Wow HD reship from Holland

I never had customs look for vat payment on any of my Wow HD orders
Is it possible to happen yes but so far I not had that happen
