So less expensive at ZAVVI but how many chances to receive it without any damage?
This box set is hard cardboard packaging so it's less likely to arrive damaged
When it's soft cardboard packaging it's best to avoid Zavvi completely

I have pre ordered for now with both Amazon UK and Zavvi
I'm having major issues with Amazon UK at the moment they have decided to use Carrier Asendia if free shipping option is used
Carrier Asendia are a disaster for Rep of Ireland customers very late delivery and lot of orders don't arrive at all or arrive damaged

Not sure what I feel about seeing someone's name other than that of paulboland at the head of an Arrow thread :(
Anyway, no matter, now where's my DD steelbook ;) ?
This on the cover of that would suit me fine (from the original poster design by KO CREATIVE of Beverly Hills, CA):-

Joking aside, this looks like another quality package from Arrow . . . pre-ordered from Amazon in the hope that between now and release we see a price drop from the current GBP 23.99 to GBP 17.99.

Limited to 5,000 ?

Had a few damaged items from Amazon recently packaging was awful
Yes, snap, my experience too and hardly ever have to return steels to Zavvi - thankfully - but nearly every one I order from Amazon has to go back for a replacement :(
Careless packing resulting in scratched steels with ripped shrinkwrap combined with minimum 20 quid spend for plebs like myself without Prime makes me think twice about buying any steels from there.
Luckily the customer service is ne plus ultra.

Who they use as a Carrier for Shipping

I'm actually considering never ordering from Amazon UK ever again at the moment or providing any links to anything they are selling

Amazon Customer Service as of Saturday 10th Sept for me is now the worse customer service I have ever had to deal with ever and I mean extreme bad customer service I have never seen a retailer be this bad ever and I have come across some other retailer customer service before not been the best but never as bad as I'm experiencing at the moment with Amazon UK.

Amazon customer service for me they now make Zavvi customer service look good which I though would be impossible to achieve but as of Saturday 10th Sept and Today Monday 12th Sept amazon UK have achieve this.

I used to consider amazon UK the best in customer service of all retailers and always very helpful that no longer applies unless they change very quickly in providing good customer service.

They used to have tracking and you could literally watch a wee map of a van so you could know where it was they changed that and now it just says Amazon Logistics and the tracking is useless it literally says 'today' and we have prime and have had a bunch of times it's not arrived at all after having someone wait all day for it. Then recently had quite a few items damaged the worst game of thrones steelbook in the thinnest cardboard and magnet was broken and box damaged.
Yes I've also had damaged items from zavvi but just saying recently Amazon have also been dropping the ball.

For me it's Amazon or Arrow. The last Boxsets I received from Zavvi was in Jiffy Bags. And my packages take like 1-2 weeks to arrive Germany. Imagine what they look like then.
Brings tears to my eyes just when I think about it. I'll gladly pay more to receive it mint.

And Amazon customer service, world wide, never let me down. When I don't get the answer I need I just open another chat and try it again. Most of the time it depends on the employee you talking with

I wonder what the dimensions are for this set? Is it the size of three Blu-ray amaray cases? I tried tweeting Arrow Video about it twice but received no reply.

I think it will be simillar to other releases like
Nektomantik - http://movieshelter.blogspot.com/2015/02/nekromantik-director-approved-limited.html
or Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 - http://movieshelter.blogspot.com/2014/03/the-texas-chainsaw-massacre-part-2.html

Simillar to Amaray but thick as two of them :thumbs::thumbs:
