No. You're thinking of Daleks: Invasion Earth, 2150 AD.

I like the art on this one, but it doesn't match the second. This is more in-keeping with the 60's poster-art, whereas IE is more art-deco.

FFS it doesn't match the other Dr Who title . It clearly goes with Invasion Earth 2150 but it's style is completely different.
