I agree it is certainly darker, and makes the tiny patch of missing colour on mine all the more noticeable - and no repalcements available bu the time I got mine Grrrrrr!!!!!!!!

Argh! What a bummer!! Feel for you, buddy - has happened to me a couples of times on sold out titles, so I've ended up accepting the partial refund that Zavvi offers when you complain to them (usually 10%). If an item is still in stock, then I insist upon a replacement.
