Scream Factory/Shout Factory Walmart SteelBook Exclusives are only for a limited period time after the walmart exclusive period ends the trade wide release happen
It can vary when the trade wide versions get released it can be 3-12 months later
Recent ones have been after 3 months but it can still vary per title involved

For future reference in regards to Scream Factory/Shout Select releases their Blu-ray discs are Region A locked

Their 4K UHD discs are mostly Region Free bar a few exceptions when a UHD disc was region locked by error or on purpose and that only happened with a small number of releases
When a Blu-ray disc is included they are Region A locked
