Well, according to several german sites it only features german and japanese audio, and german subs only...
But i will be able to tell to for 100% by tomorrow or friday, since my personal copy got shipped today.

The booklet contains a lot of information about everything in the movie - relations between the characters, some explanations for their acting, character profiles and so on..
