IMO very good movie. But why oh why not 4K ?! Appreciate that slip and cover are different & and of course new extras !!! 
Matt Dillon is a great actor - good to see, that some of his earlier movies get a nice release. Is this an exclusive?
Not sure, but hasn't seen that slip anywhere else plus some NEW extras so ... some might say so.
Japan and Spain released Blu rays earlier. but maybe Imprint did a new transfer? that woulde be cool, as the earlier blu rays were a while ago.
One would think they would have mentioned about new transfer ? But slip is new and some extras. Like I posted earlier ... I like this movie a lot. One extra cool ( I use that word way too often these days ) thing is William Burroughs' role as a ... you got it ... old addict.
Yeah, Burroughs (oddly) was showing up in a bunch of movies around this time.....
Tough call. The sites I have looked at all list it as Region B - however.....All six Imprint movies that I own are all Region free.
so....
Whether it is nobler to suffer the slings and arrows....or get a region free player.To B or not to B.
