I already own this but it does not surprise me that they will try to milk it all it is worth with the new movie coming out.

I have the Zavvi version of the first film with the great artwork. I was very pleased with it, aside from the fact it was region locked, but then a found a US standard blu Ray combo pack including both films fo like $7 and stuck them both inside the steel. So I already have the double feature steel with actual artwork that I like. Even if I did not have that in my collection, it's doubtful I would consider picking this up due to the lack of artwork.

Interesting release, the German disc has a different scene and extras for the first movie.

According to dvdcompare "There are two different versions of the film. One - shown in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea and the Philippines features the 'Reed and Sue Walk' scene. The second - shown in all other countries, is the 'Planetarium With A Kiss' scene which replaces 'Reed and Sue Walk' in this version."

Blu-ray Germany - Constantin Film/Highlight Video - No Cuts - 105:42 mins. This version contains the 'Planetarium With A Kiss' scene instead of the 'Reed and Sue Walk' scene.

So in summary the German version is one of the releases with the alternative Planetarium scene for Fantastic Four 1.

I may skip this one if this release has foreign writing on the back, I already own the dvd for the extras.

Awful steelbook artwork. Prefer the Zavvi one. Just buy that and pop a 2nd disc into it so it holds both.

Since i already own the initial release too, i hope they bring something fresh to this release..
A new artwork, or at least some de-/embossing on it - and leave that god damn text on the back out!!!
